Je vous ai parl\u00e9 de Melissa, et surtout de son espace SEYMOUR+ \u00e0 plusieurs reprises (ici<\/a> et ici<\/a>). J’aime cette personne incroyable qui a fait de ses douleurs, quelque chose de grand, de beau et qui vient en aide \u00e0 autrui. M\u00e9lissa, elle change le monde, et \u00e7a m’inspire tellement!<\/p>\n

Alors quand elle m’a appel\u00e9e en me disant “viens m’aider, j’ai besoin de toi”. \u00e7a m’a beaucoup touch\u00e9e. j’ai appel\u00e9 Fred dans la foul\u00e9e car je savais qu’il avait lui aussi ador\u00e9 cet espace et que cela lui ferait plaisir de renvoyer l’ascenseur \u00e0 Melissa.<\/p>\n

Elle\u00a0\u00e9tait en fait terrifi\u00e9e \u00e0 l’id\u00e9e d’\u00eatre film\u00e9e, d’\u00eatre le sujet de notre attention. Certains n’ont pas appris\u00a0\u00e0 se laisser faire… et puis, surtout, le sentiment de ne plus \u00eatre en contact avec (une partie de) sa f\u00e9minit\u00e9 (quoique cela veuille dire) est un sentiment que nous connaissons toutes et qui nous rend infiniment vuln\u00e9rable. (btw, ce doit \u00eatre pareil avec une personne se reconnaissant comme un homme, et ayant le sentiment de ne plus \u00eatre en contact avec sa masculinit\u00e9).<\/p>\n

c’est tr\u00e8s \u00e9mouvant qu’elle nous ait autant fait confiance et je suis tellement heureuse que Melissa ait pu l\u00e2cher prise.\u00a0comme quoi la beaut\u00e9, c’est vraiment tr\u00e8s grand. humainement tr\u00e8s profond. il n’y a que \u00e7a au fond qui me\u00a0passionne.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve already mentionned Melissa several times here, mainly to tell you\u00a0about SEYMOUR+, the creative space she has imagined and created (click\u00a0here<\/a> and here<\/a>). I love this amazing person who made something as great, as beautiful and altruistic out of her own sorrows. Melissa changes the world, that\u2019s just what she does.<\/p>\n

So the day she called me and said : \u00ab Could you please come over ? I need your help. \u00bb it really touched me. I immediately called Fred and brought him along because I knew that he genuinely enjoys SEYMOUR+ and that he\u2019d gladly return the favor.<\/p>\n

Melissa was terrified at the thought of being filmed, of being the focus of our attention. Some people are never taught how to let go… The feeling of losing touch with one\u2019s femininity (whatever that means) is a thing we all experience. And it makes us feel so vulnerable. (Btw, this must be the same for someone who identifies as a man and feels out of touch with his masculinity)<\/p>\n

I am so happy and humbled that she felt secure enough in our company to let go. It just shows how large and deep the world of beauty really is. And, as a matter of fact, this is the only thing that enthuses me.<\/p>\n
