Hahahahah! didn’t i tell you i was lucky<\/a> girl !!!! Ryan… SUCH A HOT GUY!<\/em><\/p>\n

Still, i am sorry i have to calm you down : Ryan is my friend’s lover. do not touch. he is a model, indeed, notably for Ralph Lauren, and was coming to Paris for work. we did not know each other before but my friend’s Darlings are my friends so i invited him at home. Welcome to Paris! he then told me “i can cook an american meal for you and the kids if you want” “well… OF COURSE : ME WANT” i found that was awesome. so\u00a0<\/em>spontaneous.<\/i><\/p>\n

When i opened the door, i had this weird moment. “wehou”. did you ever open the door to a Ralph Lauren’s model you never meet before, covered with bags that are\u00a0plenty of food for you and candies for your kids? Euh… Uh… Weuhou! SUR-RE-A-LLLLLL isn’t it? aren’t we lucky in here?! so I catch the opportunity “and… euh.. may i film you?!”<\/i><\/p>\n

Cherry on the cake, i ‘ve never eaten such good burgers. the kids were asking us how to says “delicious” in English. it was really sweet. because, i keep joking here. i can here you all launching (sometimes, people are so hot, that makes us laugh)(so hot)(laugh)(hahahah). yes, we laugh, but to be\u00a0honest, i was also, mostly very touched by this moment. It was so generous, so simple, so gentle.<\/i><\/p>\n

Curtis Mayfield – Pusherman<\/a><\/p>\n

Burgers<\/strong>– Prenez environs 700g de boeuf hach\u00e9 et assaisonnez avec du sel, poivre, paprika et piment de Cayenne. Remplissez vos mains de viande et faites en deux steaks. Emiettez ensuite le bleu sur le dessus d\u2019un des steaks et recouvrez avec le deuxi\u00e8me. Pressez les bien de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ne former qu\u2019un seul et unique steak. Ainsi de suite pour les autres steaks. Saisissez les steaks sur une po\u00eale\/po\u00eale grill \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature pendant 5-7 min de chaque cot\u00e9, ou selon la cuisson que vous d\u00e9sirez.<\/p>\n

Oignons caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s<\/strong>– Coup\u00e9 finement deux oignons jaunes. Faites chauffer 2\/3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 moyenne\/haute temp\u00e9rature. Ajouter les oignons ainsi qu\u2019une demi cup (soit env 12.cl) de bi\u00e8re brune et laissez mijoter. Une fois que la bi\u00e8re est absorb\u00e9e rajoutez en encore un peu. Ajouter 2\/3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre. Remuez et laissez cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les oignons soient devenus tous mous et brun fonc\u00e9. Cela dure environ 30 min.<\/p>\n

Salade de past\u00e8que<\/strong>– Coupez la past\u00e8que en cube de 2,5cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseurs. Mettez les dans un saladier. Ajoutez le jus d\u2019un citron vert et les zestes d\u2019un demi citron. Emiettez la f\u00eata dans le saladier et ajoutez de la menthe fraichement hach\u00e9e. M\u00e9langez le tout et assaisonnez d’un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive de sel de Gu\u00e9rande.<\/p>\n
