\nJ’arrive et je vois un grand panneau “Health and Happiness<\/strong><\/em>“. Le th\u00e8me est donn\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Kathrin travaille \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de sacs chez Vivienne Westwood<\/a>. Elle m’a amen\u00e9 TOUS<\/em> ses produits de beaut\u00e9 sur la table. Elle me raconte comment, apr\u00e8s avoir utilis\u00e9 Chanel<\/em>, sa soeur l’a convertie il y a 10 ans \u00e0 Origins<\/a>, “cheap and fantastic<\/em>“. Je trouve effectivement que Kathrin a une peau incroyable, tr\u00e8s, tr\u00e8s lumineuse… RAMENEZ ORIGINS EN FRANCE<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

Elle a aussi un secret pour avoir la peau douce, c’est l’huile \u00e0 la sortie de la douche, une Weleda<\/strong><\/em> (je l’ai depuis des ann\u00e9es). Alors les filles attention MEGA TIP<\/strong>, ce truc est extra-ordinaire, notamment pour moi qui ai parfois des jambes \u00e0 effet “Jurassic Parc”. J’ai essay\u00e9, c’est tout simple, tu appliques l’huile sur la peau encore l\u00e9g\u00e8rement mouill\u00e9e. L’huile p\u00e9n\u00e8tre et forme un film. La peau devient toute toute douce et brillante. C’est sublime!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Je suis contente et me serais bien arr\u00eat\u00e9e l\u00e0, mais Kathrin continue :
\n– Tu sais, franchement, en repensant \u00e0 ces histoires de beaut\u00e9, je crois que le meilleur conseil \u00e0 donner c’est de manger d\u00e9tox, et de se faire un “colonic hydration<\/strong><\/em>“.
\n– Un what?
\n– Tu sais… bon c’est pas le moment parce qu’on mange mais … un “colonic hydration<\/em>“.

\n– ah, une hydratation du c\u00f4lon… ah oui…? Ah bon? NAN MAIS C’EST QUOI LE RAPPORT<\/em> ?!!!!!!<\/p>\n

Alors le voil\u00e0, le rapport : notre peau d\u00e9pend du bon fonctionnement de notre foie, comme pas mal de choses d’ailleurs ; mais notre vie (+la clope, le caf\u00e9, le glucose, l’alcool, etc.) tend \u00e0 intoxiquer le foie<\/strong>, ce qui obstrue la peau de plein de cochonneries et la rend toute grise, cartonn\u00e9e, pas sexy.<\/p>\n

Kathrin repart en avril pour la 3e fois faire une retraite en Tha\u00eflande<\/strong><\/em>. “I can’t wait!” Une semaine de je\u00fbne, de yoga, de m\u00e9ditation avec … un bon “colonic hydration<\/em>” pour finir. En en reparlant \u00e0 notre amie commune, elle me dit que ce fut une m\u00e9tamorphose pour Kathrin. Elle s’est mise \u00e0 rayonner car tout son corps \u00e9tait purg\u00e9 de l’int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n

Ha la la… vous en pensez quoi, vous?<\/strong><\/em> En tout cas, si le c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u00e9tox<\/strong><\/em> de la force vous int\u00e9resse, dites le moi, ce serait facile d’avoir de bons tuyaux…<\/p>\n

Je prends des photos de Kathrin, dans sa tenue incroyable. Et puis repars pour mes rdv pro. La journ\u00e9e se passe. Je bosse, loupe un op\u00e9ra (damn). Je me serais bien arr\u00eat\u00e9e l\u00e0,<\/i> mais Kathrin m’appelle : “Tu fais quoi l\u00e0? parce qu’on fait une soir\u00e9e Vivienne Westwood<\/strong><\/em>“… bah, j’arrive!
\nMe voici au ICA<\/strong><\/em>, pour une remise de prix de la Saint Martins School<\/strong><\/em>. Kathrin me pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 ses coll\u00e8gues. Des personnages incroyables, qui se sont pris au jeu. Chacun y est donc all\u00e9 de son petit secret de beaut\u00e9. Je vous laisse avec eux.<\/p>\n

As soon as I step in I see a big “Health and Happiness<\/strong>” sign. The theme is given.<\/p>\n

Kathrin is the Head of Accessories Design at Vivienne Westwood. She displayed ALL<\/em> her beauty
\nproducts on the table. She tells me how, 10 years ago, after using Chanel, her sister has converted her to Origins<\/b><\/em>, “cheap and fantastic”. I actually found that Kathrin\u2019s skin is incredible, so, so very bright … BRING ORIGINS<\/strong><\/em>
\n BACK TO FRANCE!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

She also has a secret to her soft skin, it is the oil just out of the shower, Weleda<\/b> (I’ve had it for years now).<\/p>\n

Pay attention girls, this is a MEGA TIP<\/strong><\/em>! This thing is extraordinary, especially for me having sometimes “Jurassic Park” style legs. I tried the trick ; it’s pretty simple : you apply the oil on the skin while still slightly damp. The oil penetrates and forms a film. Then the skin becomes very soft and shiny.
\nIt’s gorgeous<\/strong><\/em>!<\/p>\n

I’m quite happy and would have stopped there<\/i>, but Kathrin goes on :<\/p>\n

– You know, to be franck, thinking back about these stories of beauty, I think the best advice is to eat Detox, and have a “colonic hydration “.<\/p>\n

– You know … sorry to talk about that while eating, but … a “colonic hydration”.<\/p>\n

The point is that our skin depends on the proper functioning of our liver, like many things besides, but our lives (+ cigarette, coffee, sugar, alcohol, etc.) tends to poison the liver. This obstructs the skin full of junk and makes it all gray, cardboard like, not sexy.<\/p>\n

Kathrin is off again in April for the 3rd time to retreat in Thailand. “I can not wait!”<\/p>\n

A week of fasting, yoga, meditation … and a colonic hydration for a good finish. Talking about that with our mutual friend, she told me it was a metamorphosis for Kathrin. She began to shine from within, because her body was purged from the inside. \u2028 Ha la la<\/strong><\/em> … what do you think?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
